The Bagua Map
The Bagua is the Feng Shui energy map.
Bagua map /which translates to "eight trigrams”/ is used to divide your space into nine separate areas - each one relating to a certain aspect of your life.
The center square of the Bagua is considered the heart of the home. It represents balance and harmony of all the Guas, where the energy is distributed to all the different sectors.
Immediately around the Center square of the Bagua there are 8 groups of lines known as trigrams.
Each trigram is a different combination of solid and broken lines. The solid lines represent Yang (male) Chi and the broken lines represent Yin (female) Chi.
